Refund and Returns Policy
At EULER, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review the following policy carefully to understand the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.
Qualifying Conditions for Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- Physically Damaged Product (received in damaged condition)
- Manufacturing Defects
- Fitting Issues (size-related problems only)
- Incorrect Item or Size Delivered
- Product Lost During Shipment
All issues must be reported within the specified time frame to be eligible.
How to Request an Exchange or Return
1. Immediate Contact
Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product by:

Please provide the Order ID, photos/videos of the issue, and a brief explanation.
2. Exchange Option
- In-Store Exchange:
Bring the product to any EULER outlet within 3 days of purchase for an exchange. - Return by Shipping:
If an in-store exchange is not possible, customers may ship the product back to us following our instructions.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Cost Responsibility
- Covered by EULER:
- Damaged products
- Incorrect items or sizes delivered
- Products lost during shipment
- Paid by Customer:
- All other return or exchange cases
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original tags and invoice slip must be included
- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of purchase
- Products must be securely repacked in original packaging
Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of the return or exchange request.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and passes Quality Control (QC).
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days after QC approval.
- Any cashback, discount, or promotional benefit used in the order will be adjusted from the refund amount.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible.
Important Notes
EULER reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet policy conditions
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences are not considered defects.
