Delivery Charges & Conditions
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available all over Bangladesh
- Advance Payment Requirement:
- BDT 150 advance via bKash for deliveries outside Dhaka
- 10% advance payment required for orders valued at BDT 5,000 or above

- Outside Dhaka: BDT 150 per parcel

Note: Delivery charges are determined by the delivery service providers and may vary.
Exchange Terms & Conditions
- Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of purchase (from outlet/receipt date).
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by the purchase receipt.
- Exchange is applicable only for size issues.
- If the requested size is unavailable, customers may select:
- Another design of similar price, or
- A higher-priced item by paying the price difference.
- No cash refunds for exchanged items.
- Sale or discounted items are non-exchangeable.
- Customers must ensure secure packaging for returned items.
- EULER is not responsible for damage during return shipping.
To initiate an exchange, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Return Policy
- Products with manufacturing defects or flaws are eligible for return only if a replacement is not available.
- Customers may return unwanted products; however, delivery charges must be borne by the customer.
- Returned items must pass Quality Control (QC) inspection.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and passes QC.
- Refund processing time: within 7 working days.
- Refunds for cancelled orders are automatically initiated after confirmation.
- Any cashback or promotional benefit received will be adjusted against the refund amount.
